Publications
The Manuscripts of ICOMMA2025 will be published in Conference Proceedings of ICOMMA 2025 with ISBN. Selected high-quality ones will be published in special issues of indexed journals:
- Vietnam Journal of Mechanics
- Materials and Emerging Technologies for Sustainability (METS)
- Springer journal with Scopus indexed (APC required)
Submission guidelines

An abstract file is not required for submission. Authors are to input abstract information in the designated fields. Abstracts must be in English, within 300 words and include 3 – 5 keywords.

Full papers, written in English, should be limited to 10 A4 pages and must comply with the conference format specified in the <Full-Paper Template>. Submissions must be original, not published elsewhere or under review. Scientific papers will be subject to peer review following the conference protocol. The guidelines for the full-paper format are outlined below:
Abstract
200 to 300 words (12 point, Times New Roman, normal style).
Keywords: 3 - 5 words, in alphabetical order (12 point, Times New Roman, italics), separated by a comma
1.TITLE (12 point, bold, capitalization, number “1.”, “2.”).
Followings are the guidelines for the content in each section.

Use a normal font (12 point, Times New Roman) for text.

Use tab stops or other commands for indents, not the space bar.

Save your file in docx format (Word 2007 or higher) or doc format (older Word versions).

Use the equation editor or MathType for equations (12 point, Times New Roman, normal style).
1.2. Figure

The image is a high-contrast black-and-white image (dpi ≥ 300).

Figure captions begin with the term Figure. in bold type, followed by the figure number, also in bold type.
1.3. Table

All tables are to be numbered using Arabic numerals.

Use the table function, not spreadsheets, to make tables.

Tables should always be cited in text in consecutive numerical order.

For each table, please supply a table caption (title) explaining the components of the table.
References
Citation
References are referred to any citations in the text, figures, tables and schemes and vice versa. In the text, citations should be indicated by name and year in parentheses. Some examples:

Negotiation research spans many disciplines (Thompson, 1990).

This result was later contradicted by Becker and Seligman (1996).

This effect has been widely studied (Abbott, 1991; Barakat et al. 1995a, b; Kelso and Smith 1998; Medvec et al. 1999, 2000).
Full reference should be given in a list at the end of the paper in the APA style. Reference list entries should be alphabetized by the last names of the first author of each work. Order multi-author publications of the same first author alphabetically with respect to second, third, etc. authors. Publications of exactly the same author(s) must be ordered chronologically.
